Saturday we visited the old town of Suzhou and one of the famous gardens The Humble Administrator's Garden, and some pedestrian street in downtown. The classical gardens of Suzhou are on the World Heritage List of UNESCO.

Students of the SIPIVT where our guides and it was great to have local insight to the places that we visited. There was a huge amount of things in the buildings and even with the vegetation of the gardens that had some kind of symbolic meaning of happiness, fortune, prosperity and similar things.

Symbol in the middle means money and bats (蝠, fú) is a symbol of fortune (福, fú).

There was a street food fair in the downtown.
